If you have not played a Fallout game before, the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. In Fallout, Luck primarily affects the chances with the virtual dice of the game: a high Luck increases the likelihood to succeed a roll, while the opposite is also true. I personally recommend starting with their highest stat, and training that, as that will help their happiness once they’re assigned back to their room. Just like the main Fallout series, Fallout Shelter uses the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stat system. To increase happiness when your dwellers are bored, put them into a training facility. If you try both of these and neither work, it may just be that they’re bored. Make sure you know what each special stat in Fallout Shelter does in order to get the most out of your dwellers. This will not only create a vault born dweller, but it will also raise the happiness of the dwellers there! You can have up to 6 dwellers in a full 3-room living quarter, so this can be done with multiple pairs of dwellers. If you try the radio studio and that doesn’t seem to work, put a female and male dweller into the Living Quarters together. Vault Size: The total size of your vault that is buildable is 641 squares, this comprises the main area which is 26 squares wide and 24 rows deep (624 squares) and 17 additional squares along the top line that you can build in. The first room you should try is the Radio Studio.Īssigning high Charisma dwellers to the radio studio will not only attract more dwellers, but it will help increase the overall happiness of every dweller in your vault! Rooms help boost your dweller’s happiness tremendously. At this point you’re probably tired of hearing rooms make them happy, but it’s true!
